Narrow Art Deco house built to plans by the architect A.H. Le Marchand dated 1928, with four storeys plus a set-back floor and a single bay. The white stone facing carries typical relief bands and a stepped crowning. On the first two floors, a two-sided bow window is topped by a wrought-iron balcony with geometric motifs, echoed in the glazing; a wide triple window lights the third floor, with small-paned metal frames. The ground floor, originally a shopfront with a central entrance, has been altered. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
