Art Deco house designed in 1922 by the architect A.H. Le Marchand through the conversion of an existing building. It has five storeys and three bays under a flat roof. The rendered façade is marked on the main floor by a concrete bow window of trapezoidal plan, with baluster piers and a crowning balcony; the top floors are linked by the projecting window surrounds, edged by a foliate frieze and joining the cornice with its foliate pendants. On the central axis are wrought-iron balustrades with flower baskets and spirals; the commercial ground floor is flanked by Ionic pilasters topped by a vase. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
