Asymmetrical three-storey Art Deco house designed in 1935 by the architect J. P. H. Evers. The orange-brick elevation, partly laid in headers and stretchers, is enhanced with white stone; the set-back upper floors open, in the main bay, through windows on a trapezoidal plan with concrete columns. The storeys are underlined by white-stone slabs with geometric motifs, and the inventory notes the surviving doors with geometric grilles and sash windows.
