Town house whose Art Deco façade, faced in brick and cement render, was built in 1928 by the architect H. Sneiders on a neoclassical core. It has two unequal bays and three storeys on a bluestone base, under a mansard roof. A trapezoidal bay window topped by a balcony marks the upper floor, and the original glazing-barred sash windows are preserved. The building is recorded in the statutory inventory; it is not protected as a monument.
