Immeuble à appartements Art déco, rue du Cardinal 23

This Art Deco building was constructed in 1930. Its brick and cement façade has four storeys marked by string courses and two unequal bays. On the upper floors, the right-hand bay forms a bow window with triple windows, framed by fluted pilasters decorated on each floor with geometric reliefs. The whole is crowned by a false attic with a mitre-shaped cornice, its masonry laid in a chequerboard pattern. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
