Art Deco apartment building, signed on the ground floor by the architect Georges France, 1922. The elevation of four bays over five storeys is in red brick, enhanced with bluestone and white stone elements. The side bays have trapezoidal oriels running the full height of the upper floors, and the recessed entrance door is round-arched. The joinery and ironwork are original. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
