Art Deco house built following a 1929 permit application to designs by the architect Victor Steuve. Its three-storey façade alternates Zandvoorde brick with broad bands of imitation stone. The original ground floor was altered in 1936 by the same architect and now has a shop window, a shop entrance and the front door within a depressed, stepped surround. On the upper floors, two identical bays are each set within a recessed panel, with a small trapezoidal projecting bay on the first floor and an opening behind a wrought-iron railing on the top storey. The house is recorded in the inventory.
