Art Deco house with a rendered façade, four storeys and two bays, transformed into its present state by the architect Léon-Pierre Suys in 1931. The ground floor is crowned by an entablature with a gadrooned frieze, and the upper floors are divided into bays by continuous lines of beading. The surrounds of the garage door, the front door and the windows have stepped upper corners, as do the spandrel panels. At the top, on the axis, a medallion is set within a stylised pendant; the house retains its original woodwork and has a flat roof terrace. It is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
