Terraced house over a cellar remodelled in the Art Deco style, with a yellow-brick façade designed by S. Van Cauwenberghe in 1940. It has three storeys under a flat roof, a single-house (enkelhuis) elevation and wide rectangular windows. The narrow, slightly raised door bay has round windows and decorative brickwork; the glazed rectangular door has an iron grille. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
