Art Deco house built to a 1936 plan by the architect A. Van Laethem, on a staggered building line, with a front garden enclosed by a low brick wall and an iron railing. Of classical plan, it is distinguished by the semicircular corner pilaster on the left of the entrance porch, crowned by a balcony and a loggia. On the top floor, tall small windows sit between projecting blocked brackets under the overhanging gutter. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
