Villa of the Van Butsele family, opposite the weaving mill, built in the Art Deco style to a 1940 design by S. Van Cauwenberghe. It stands in a wooded garden enclosed by an iron fence on low walls, also in the Art Deco style, designed by Th. Desmet (Ghent) in 1935. Built of yellow brick over a cellar under a high tiled hipped roof, the villa has an asymmetrical façade whose right-hand part forms a gable, with the rounded bay window of the drawing room on the ground floor. The recessed door, of glass and iron, is reached by steps and topped by brick decoration below a small bedroom window; to the left of the door, the study forms a bay-window projection on the side façade. The villa is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
