The former home of the industrialist P. Vandenhende, built to a 1923 plan by the architect R. Cordier; the iron garden gates were designed in 1929 by A. Van Kerckhoven (Kortrijk) and the right wing was added in 1946 by L. De Wilde. An Art Deco villa on a square plan, built entirely of white French stone, of two storeys under a mansard roof; its façade is marked by a taller asymmetrical projection with a curved oriel, a balcony and a triangular pediment bearing a medallion with the initial V. Inside, recently renovated, the study is entirely in Art Deco style, with wooden panelling, built-in cupboards and a marble fireplace.
