Art Deco house resulting from the conversion of the former Arsène Cambier brewery, after a plan of 1928, commissioned by the notary L. Cambier. It has a rendered Art Deco façade and one storey under a mansard roof; it is surrounded by a terrace with an iron railing, and its front façade is marked by an oriel decorated with Art Deco floral motifs. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
