Garage built in 1930 for S.A. L'Union to designs by the architect Albert Massez. The Art Deco building has three bays and two storeys under a flat roof; it is of brick, with a contrasting rendered and painted base and cornice. The emphasised, slightly taller central bay bears the word 'GARAGE' in Art Deco lettering and opens through a deep porch with rounded corners; the upper windows are paired. The wide French windows on either side of the porch, which served the storage and showroom spaces, have been replaced by garage doors. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
