Maison Art déco, Léopold Sturbautstraat 41

Art Deco house signed 'R. Delgutte, architecte', after a plan of 1933. It is built of flat dark brick in a decorative bond, on a plinth of green glazed tiles, also used for the door jambs and the oriel surround. The surviving joinery has colourful Art Deco leaded glass; the glazed wrought-iron door, with a small female figure at its centre, is signed 'Ferronnerie d'art A.O. Dufour'.
