Art Deco town house in Sint-Amandsberg, designed in 1932 for Aug. Van der Smissen. It owes its character to the glazed tiles of its facade: the three-storey red-brick cornice facade is faced at plinth level with green tiles edged in black, and the three-sided oriel spanning both upper floors is entirely clad in black tiles, with green tiles on the window breasts. On the ground floor, the wooden front door and garage door keep fanlights with geometric glazing bars. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
