Art Deco house built following a 1929 building permit application; the inventory names J. L'Ancre as a contributor, without stating his role. The three-storey façade on a bluestone base combines red brick, white Euville stone and white imitation stone, with partly quoined, chamfered and carved surrounds. On the first floor a trapezoidal bow window with concave sides, carried by keystones extended into consoles and by a corbel, has five windows with surrounds partly carved with flowers. It is topped by a balcony with a wrought-iron railing in front of three windows set in a single surround; a large masonry dormer under a curved cornice rises from the mansard roof. The house is recorded in the inventory.
