Art Deco house built following a building permit application of 1934. Its brick and concrete façade has two storeys and two bays under a tiled gabled roof with a sloping dormer and a three-sided gabled dormer. The left bay is enlivened by a continuous trapezoidal bow window topped by a balcony with an openwork railing in front of the dormer. On the right, the recessed entrance sits within a moulded polygonal arch and the door keeps an elegant wrought-iron grille. The house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
