Three blocks containing 42 flats, arranged in a U around a garden courtyard, built following a 1936 permit application by the architect Léopold De Jonghe for the Foyer etterbeekois social housing company. The brick and concrete façades, crossed by bands of imitation stone, rise four to six storeys, with loggias, rounded balconies and wide horizontally divided windows, under mansard roofs. The courtyard retains its Art Deco low walls, lamp posts and railings. The building is not protected; it is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
