Two similar Art Deco apartment buildings, built in 1932 on the corners formed with the Square de Léopoldville. Their façades in brick, concrete and imitation stone, double-fronted, have five bays and four storeys. The bays, recessed or projecting, are mostly lit by triple windows. On the upper floors of the outer bays and the side façade, a continuous bow window is topped by a balcony with a wrought-iron railing, and characteristic decorative friezes lead up to a stepped cornice and a flat roof. Both buildings are recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
