Art Deco house built following a building-permit application submitted in 1933 by the architect Fernand André. On a sandstone plinth, the two-storey façade of two unequal bays is in brown brick on the ground floor and red brick above, with decorative ceramic bands. The ground floor combines a round-arched door topped by an oval oculus and a wide projecting trapezoidal window; the mansard roof has two dormers under curved drip moulds. The small front garden is closed by a wrought-iron railing.
