Maison Art déco, avenue Nouvelle 107

Art Deco house built following a 1933 building permit application by the architect F. Pouleur. The brick and concrete façade has two bays and two storeys under a mansard roof. On the upper floor the rectangular openings are set within a painted concrete surround. The left-hand bay has a trapezoidal bow window on a console, topped by a balcony with an openwork railing in front of a gabled dormer with geometric scalloped outlines. The house is recorded in the inventory.
