Art Deco house built following a 1932 permit application by the architect Charles Petiau, who was also its owner. The white-painted brick and concrete façade, four storeys high with two unequal bays under a roof terrace, is richly decorated with brick patterns, dentilled friezes, carved floral motifs and wrought ironwork. The door, adorned with ironwork and set in fluted convex reveals, sits beneath a canopy, and the right-hand bay stacks two bow windows topped by a balcony.
