Art Deco apartment building, signed and dated « L'architecte Raym. Burgraeve 1934 ». The five-bay, eight-storey elevation, the top storey set back as an attic, combines white (imitation) stone and ochre brick on a bluestone base. The narrower central entrance bay is marked by a slender, slightly curved oriel running up the first five floors, while the second and fourth bays are fronted by oriels and the outer bays enlivened by balconies. Inside, an original Schindler lift in an open shaft occupies the centre of the stairwell; the building has two flats per floor, and the front garden is enclosed by original bluestone low walls and railings. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
