Art Deco house, signed and dated « Hebbelinck 1930 ». It has three storeys, with a white-stone ground floor and upper floors rendered in imitation white stone and enlivened with red brick. The single upper bay is marked by a broad trapezoidal oriel on a geometric bracket, and the ground-floor openings have canted corners. The decoration is geometric; the oak door, the railings and the wrought-iron front-garden fence survive, and the house is recorded in the inventory.
