An Art Deco house designed in 1930 for the contractor Jules Van Oncem, recorded in the inventory. It has three storeys under a flat roof and a symmetrical three-bay elevation in reconstituted white stone, with brown-brick piers on the upper floors. On the first floor a shallow central projecting bay, carried by stepped pilasters, supports a terrace in front of a triple window. Two doors under rounded canopies flank the central garage door: the left one leads to the contractor's offices at the rear, the right one to the dwelling upstairs. The decoration plays on set-backs and geometric mouldings; the window frames, shutters and doors survive.
