Maison Art déco, avenue de la Couronne 389

Art Deco house with an asymmetrical composition, built in 1934 by the architect Louis Billen. It was designed as an ensemble with the neighbouring houses at nos. 383 to 387. The red brick elevation is enhanced with render, and a triangular oriel projects in front of the upper floors. The joinery is original, including the window frames with glazing bars and coloured glass. The house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
