Art Deco apartment building with a commercial ground floor, designed in 1933 by the architect Edgar Termote and originally containing twelve flats. This four-storey corner building, with a concave façade overlooking the roundabout where Chaussée de Boondael, Avenue de la Couronne and Avenue de l’Université meet, is built of brick trimmed with white stone. The upper floors are articulated by giant pilasters topped with ball finials and enlivened by trapezoidal oriels and a semicircular oriel; in the widest bay, two triangular oriels are linked on each floor by a terrace with an open-work stone balustrade. The building is recorded in the legal heritage inventory.
