A large commercial building whose upper floor has been executed since 1929 in an Art Deco style with a neoclassical touch, probably to a design by the architect Leander Waterschoot. The imitation-stone rendered façade, eleven bays wide and two storeys high, has five slightly projecting central bays and ends in an architrave and a cornice on triglyph brackets, linked by garlands above beribboned cartouches. The mansard roof with six heavy dormers was added in 1941 to designs by Leander Waterschoot, and the ground floor was converted into an open arcade in 1954.
