This terraced house dates from 1932; it was built for G. Vandevijver to a design by the architect August Waterschoot (the inventory also mentions Leander Waterschoot). It is a single house of two bays and three storeys under a flat roof, with a brick facade on a bluestone plinth that rises on either side of the door. The door has bevelled upper corners, elegant wrought ironwork and a rectangular fanlight. The brickwork is carefully executed, with abundant stained glass and a wide wooden cornice on three cement-rendered consoles. It has been a protected monument since 2002.
