Art Deco single-family house in Sint-Niklaas, designed in 1931 by the architect August and/or Leander Waterschoot for Alfons Spaenhoven. The brick façade is two bays wide and three storeys high, with natural stone used for the plinth, lintels and bay window; a curved oriel on a console is topped by a balcony with a wrought-iron railing.
