This Art Deco two-dwelling house was built in 1930 by the architect Édouard Feyaerts, whose signature appears on the plinth. It gives access to the former Nicolas Maloens boilerworks, a factory of laundry equipment and washing machines built inside the block in 1929 by the architects Gilson frères, under a Polonceau roof truss. The façade, in terrazzo on the ground floor, white imitation stone and facing brick, combines a door under a hexagonal canopy with a grilled lantern, a triangular oriel on a single bracket and grooved decoration. The pedestrian door, ironwork and glazing-bar frames crossed by a band of green glass survive on the lower storeys.
