Art Deco town house designed by the architect Maur. Mathys in 1928. Its red-brick façade, enhanced with white stone and white imitation stone, rises beneath a mansard roof fronted by a broad polygonal gable with a deeply projecting cornice. The windows have canted corners and a small polygonal projecting bay marks each level, the topmost set within a triplet in the gable. Abundant carved decoration of flowers and fruit enlivens the elevation. The joinery survives, including the door with its hexagonal opening and stained-glass frames on the ground floor, as do the scrolled wrought-iron railings; the house is recorded in the inventory.
