Art Deco town house designed by the architect André Watteyne for the dental surgeon Fernand Cauchie, 1929. The two-bay elevation of four storeys, including a basement, beneath a mansard roof is in brown brick with imitation-stone, white-stone and bluestone details. The central door with rounded jambs is flanked by rectangular windows and a garage door; on the upper floors, a trapezoidal bow window whose spandrels bear geometric motifs continues to the left as an openwork railing with the same motifs enclosing a terrace. The ground floor originally housed the dental practice, with a prosthetics workshop and a waiting room; the frames and glazing bars of the ground-floor transoms are original. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
