This corner building was built in 1926 to plans by the Arras architect Georges Trassoudaine, whose signature and the date appear on the facade. It replaces the Grand Café Terminus building destroyed during the First World War and was intended for a branch of the Julien Damoy grocery chain. The concrete facade with brick facing emphasises the rounded corner. The building is in the Art Deco style, as shown by a curved pediment with a flower basket, floral friezes and a wrought-iron door with spirals and lozenges.
