Immeuble Art déco, avenue Materne 16

An Art Deco building of 1933 constructed to plans by the architect René Collin, in Jambes, above a recent commercial ground floor. The façade is enlivened by trapezoidal bow windows and a stylised plant decoration in reconstituted stone beneath the window aprons. A broad wooden cornice follows the articulated movement of the façade.
