Five-storey apartment building with a commercial ground floor, erected in 1934 by the architect F. Buelens, who signed a stone in the base. The Art Deco-inspired façade combines artificial stone on the ground floor with brick, used decoratively in the spandrels and the crowning. On either side of the entrance bay, two stacks of bay windows framed by rusticated pilasters are topped by a balcony with ironwork, beneath a stepped panelled crowning. The building is recorded in the legal heritage inventory.
