On the corner of Avenue Mattagne, this school complex was built from 1898 onwards by the architect Maubert for the Brothers of the Christian Schools. The inventoried building, made up of two L-shaped volumes, was built in 1932-1933 by the architect F. Buelens and the contractor J. Nagels, in a style influenced by Art Deco. Its main facade, in brick, limestone and sandstone, plays on colour contrasts with light-coloured smooth concrete and on stepped masonry. A narrow chapel, lit by long slit windows with stained glass, adjoins the left gable; the classroom building retains its original window frames.
