A block of flats built to plans of 1928 by the architect G. Vuille, of seven storeys under a mansard roof and three symmetrical bays. The Art Deco façade, faced with brick, white stone and imitation stone above two lower storeys clad in bluestone, is enlivened by giant pilasters with a geometric pattern whose capitals are carved with a pair of crouching atlantes set back to back. Two bays of trapezoidal bow windows flank the axial bay with balconies, beneath a widely projecting cornice on four pairs of corbels. The door and balconies retain stylised decorative metalwork motifs.
