An Art Deco apartment building, erected under a 1928 building permit application signed A.-F. Van Beneden. It has five bays on Rue Royale and eight on Rue Godefroid de Bouillon, where a high base takes up the slope of the site, beneath a mansard roof with dormers. The brick and imitation-stone façade on a blue-stone base is enlivened by alternating projections (a trapezoidal bow window over four storeys, an oriel and a jettied upper floor) and by bands emphasising the architectural elements; the imposing glazed door is topped by a transom set with a lantern. The property is recorded in the architectural heritage inventory, without protection.
