This Art Deco house was built to plans of 1927 by the architect A. D. Wenschouwer. Its three-storey façade of brick and reconstituted stone on a bluestone base is articulated on several planes: the recessed door is flanked by a canted bow window, continued on the first floor by two paired bow windows. On the second floor, two wide windows pierce a fluted wall, beneath a mutuled cornice decorated with triangular points.
