Art Deco-inspired apartment building constructed to plans drawn up in 1936 by the architect Gaston Heerebout. The main façade on Place Quetelet has ten storeys and four bays, the two main bays projecting; the set-back top floor is fronted by a terrace. Built of brick and concrete above a bluestone ground floor, it bears on the eighth floor Art Deco reliefs depicting, among other things, lotus flowers, a tambourine player and a mandolin player. The building is recorded in the legal heritage inventory.
