Small Art Deco apartment building designed in 1937 by the architect J. Ramaekers. The golden-yellow brick façade, discreetly enlivened with purplish-red bricks and cream-coloured string courses, is punctuated on the upper floors by three triangular oriels, a shape echoed by the frames of the ribbon windows. On the ground floor, the door opens beneath a pointed-arched porch lined with brown glazed ceramics and gold tiles. The small front garden retains its original low brick boundary wall; the building is recorded in the architectural heritage inventory.
