Art Deco apartment building, built in 1934 and recorded in the inventory. The symmetrical four-storey elevation, in white brick enhanced with bluestone, has two equal bays on the upper floors. These are occupied by trapezoidal oriels rising up to the cornice, with fluted courses and mullions whose lower part is shaped as a baluster. Between the bays runs a continuous groove topped by a panel carved with a vase; the cornice follows the projections of the elevation. The original doors with wrought-iron scrollwork grilles are preserved, and stained-glass transoms were reused on the first floor.
