Art Deco apartment building with Streamline (ocean-liner) influences, originally with a commercial ground floor, built in 1933 and recorded in the inventory. The symmetrical four-storey elevation combines a ground floor with black ceramic tile piers and upper floors of 'old gold' Dieren brick with emphasised horizontal joints, enhanced with bluestone. Two lateral two-storey oriels with curved corner windows are topped by terraces with tubular railings. The central bay, pierced by a continuous opening with stepped jambs, is crowned by a pointed section of wall in front of a low attic wall. The shop windows have been converted into windows and the joinery has been replaced.
