Art Deco apartment building with a commercial ground floor, signed on the base by the architect Charles Leys in 1932. The ground floor is faced with green earthenware tiles, smooth for the surrounds and textured elsewhere, while the upper floors in pinkish-tan brick are set off with white artificial stone and bluestone. The symmetrical elevation is framed by two trapezoidal oriels rising to the cornice, with spandrels and a frieze of stylised floral motifs. The building is recorded in the statutory inventory; it is not protected as a monument.
