Two similar Art Deco apartment buildings with commercial ground floors, each signed by the architect Ernest Clerckx on the base; no. 13 was designed in 1934. Their ground floors are faced with ceramic tiles, black with burgundy borders at no. 13 and light green with black borders at no. 15, and their upper floors are in orange or yellow brick with emphasised horizontal joints. The main bay is marked by an oriel rising to the cornice, with ribbon windows, extended by curved balconies with tubular rails. The building has been recorded in the statutory inventory since 19 August 2024.
