Art Deco apartment building, signed on the plinth by the architect Ernest Clerckx and dated 1932. It has three storeys under a mansard roof and two unequal bays, with a yellow-brick façade with emphasised horizontal joints, set off with blue stone. On the upper floors are two oriels, one trapezoidal and one triangular in plan; the first carries a terrace whose railing has radiating motifs. The surviving front door has a geometric grille matching the balustrade. The building, with one flat per floor, is recorded in the inventory.
