An Art Deco apartment building with a commercial ground floor, signed by the architect Ernest Clerckx on the base, 1933. The symmetrical three-storey façade under a mansard roof combines upper floors in Dieren brick with emphasised horizontal joints, set off with bluestone, with an imposing oriel with corner windows incorporating, on the axis, loggias with stepped sills and a tubular rail. The openings of the central bay survive: a glazed door with a basketwork-effect grille and window frames with horizontal glazing bars. Originally, each shop had a dwelling at the back and each floor contained two flats. The building has been recorded in the statutory inventory since 19 August 2024.
