Art Deco apartment building constructed in 1935 by the architect Apollon Lagache on the core of a former neoclassical house. The rendered elevation has an asymmetrical five-storey composition. The commercial ground floor is faced with turquoise ceramic tiles, black on the plinth. The main bay is fronted by a trapezoidal oriel on a stepped corbel, which supports the cornice. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
